Why use a Balloon Professional

Over the past few months we have had quite a few calls from people who had bought balloons off the internet and were then ringing around balloon stockists, struggling to get them filled with helium. This made me think and ask the question “why don’t you ask a Balloon Professional in the first place?” We have access to a vast array of balloon designs in all shapes and sizes and know where to get them or at least do our upmost to locate them. A balloon Professional will also have all the specialist equipment already at hand to then turn a pile of uninflated balloons into a Beautiful bouquet of balloons with colour co-ordinated ribbons neatly curled, matching weights and the balloons all correctly inflated.
This has been a hot topic with fellow professionals from all corners of the UK at the moment and we have all been saying the same thing. Without knowing the brand of balloons people have been buying from the likes of eBay etc, we cannot possibly know the quality of the balloon stock. Here at Balloons by Danny Marino, we always use Qualatex balloons which are known the world over for being the very best balloons you can get. Using Qualatex brand balloons, we can guarantee our work will be to the highest standard which the customer expects. We always buy our balloons in bulk so can pass the savings on to the public as well. People buying off the internet normally only get to buy 20 balloons for X amount when a balloon artist would be able to get 100 for the same price. Then this is where the ebay or supermarket shopper normally gets caught out. They have their balloons but no way of inflating them with Helium. So they call up a few shops/Balloon professionals to ask if they would inflate them for them. Many professionals (us included) will often refuse to do this as a faulty balloon could have an impact on our business. A person might ask a party host “where’d you get those balloons from? They’re going down already” their reply might be “Oh that balloon shop on the high street” instead of “I got the balloons from ebay but got the shop to inflate them for me”. To quote a friend in the industry, “would you buy a pack of burgers from Iceland for a pound then take them to a restaurant and ask them to cook them for you?” The answer to this is of course no. In the long run, if people use a Balloon Professional in the first place they could have saved themselves a lot of time and money and have a much better result than trying to do them themselves.
We offer a bespoke service to all our customers. What does this entail? We will visit you at either at home or at the venue with photos of all our balloon designs and the catalogues with all the balloons in so that you can choose exactly what you want. We will say if the locations that you want the balloons in will work or not (a balloon drop isn’t really practical in venues with low ceilings) and what colours work well together. By using the services of your friendly local Balloon professional this is one less thing for you to worry about. On the day of your event, we will arrive nice and early, set everything up and be gone before your guests arrive leaving you to sit back and relax. During your event your guests will be constantly asking you where you got the balloons from? This reflects good on you as the host of the party and us too as people will always remember your event which was the one with the fantastic balloon decorations. We are constantly coming up with new designs and are always up for a new challenge.
So why use a balloon professional? It’s because we know what we are doing, like most artists we practice our craft and will only sell what we are proud of. Skilled artists don’t necessarily come cheap but cheap artists are very rarely skilled. We love what we do and want our customers to love it too.
